As a destination wedding photographer I usually travel around the world to take photos of amazing couple.
It was my first time in the western Asia. I was so curios to see a different country with different rules and social habits.

I took a series of photos as a travel photography in black and white that you can see here. Is my personal vision about Doha and Qatar, it was a really emotional trip, very intimate and personal, as at this time I was in love too.

Anyway, this great couple contact me to being photograph in the desert. The original plan was to go to the Sealine  close to Doha. So we left Doha and travel to the desert at sunset time. When we arrived at the “entrance” of desert we were in line to deflate the wheels. But we were stuck twice in the sand anyway. Driving on the Dunes with the cars is an activities that people from Qatar love it. So we were lucky and we get rescued from others car. They were very nice, and they help us as we were in trouble.
So we realize that we cannot really go so far with hour cars. So we stop in a nice point and start to take photos.

It was a really nice experience. Running on the sand, going down, roll on the dunes. And be creative in a place
that was new for me.

Don’t miss next adventure, I’ll bring you in Bali

P.S. if you want to know something more about Qatar and Doha you can visit this page or take a nice flight and go there. It will be very hot, but nice to see. There is a big community of Italians that live there so you can meet someone and have a drink (or maybe not really a drink, an orange juice) with someone that speak Italian or English!
